Clover Casino UK Licence, Sign-Up and Withdrawal Times
Clover Casino is a white-label brand of Jumpman Gaming Limited, licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account 39175 and listed as active on the register on 5 November 2026. Before the first cashout, Clover asks for photo ID, proof of address and a photo of your card.
Every withdrawal then waits 72 hours in pending status. The bank leg adds 1-3 working days, so a verified player should expect at least four days. Trustpilot reviewers give it 1.5 out of 5 across 147 reviews.

Who Runs Clover Casino and Where the Company Is Based
Jumpman Gaming Limited runs Clover Casino from La Corvee House in Alderney, and the Clover terms and conditions state that registering creates a contract with that company. The footer marks this Channel Islands address as "no correspondence", so it is not a place to post a complaint. Support works by email at [email protected].
White label is how the Gambling Commission files the brand. Its list of domains under Jumpman's account holds 234 entries, and clovercasino.com sits there with the status "White Label", next to a sister site, cloverbingo.com. Only the name on the logo is Clover's own. The licence, the support inbox and the safer gambling team all belong to Jumpman, so the licence British players need to check is Jumpman's.
Which Licence Clover Casino Trades Under in Great Britain
Account 39175 at the UK Gambling Commission covers Clover, because the brand holds no licence of its own. The Gambling Commission public register shows Jumpman Gaming Limited, account 39175, with two active remote licences, Casino and Bingo. Both carry number 039175-R-319452-025 and date from 1 November 2014. The entry showed no regulatory actions.
This site's earlier homepage quoted the licence with the ending -024. The register entry we opened ends in -025, so search for that number if you check it yourself.
A British licence also brings British stake rules. Slot stakes at Clover follow the Commission's online slots stake limit guidance, which set a £5 maximum spin for players 25 and older on 9 April 2025 and a £2 limit for 18- to 24-year-olds on 21 May 2025. Those limits override any higher cap a Clover slot displays. The clean register in 2026 does not tell the whole story, though, because one episode from Jumpman's past has dropped off it.
What Jumpman Gaming Paid the Regulator in 2022
£500,000 is what Jumpman Gaming Limited agreed to pay after a Gambling Commission investigation found social responsibility failures and gaps in its anti-money laundering controls. The Commission announced the case on 17 May 2022 and described Jumpman as a business that "runs 243 websites". The announcement directs the money to the National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms.
That case no longer appears on the register, which listed no regulatory actions for Jumpman on 5 November 2026, so a player who checks only the register would never learn about it.
Source of funds requests remain part of the Clover account terms. Jumpman may ask for documents to run "a source of funds and wealth check", and the clause names no deposit amount that sets one off, so a larger depositor cannot plan around it. The routine identity check, by contrast, is spelled out from sign-up.
What Clover Casino Asks For at Sign-Up
Clover Casino opens an account with a unique username and password, and one account per person is the limit. Every card or wallet you use must be in the account holder's name. The banking policy makes an identity check a condition of the first withdrawal, and three documents cover it:
- Photo ID. A valid passport or driving licence, photographed clearly enough that every printed detail can be read.
- Proof of address. Either a utility bill dated within the last three months or a government letter that shows your full name.
- Proof of payment. Each registered card, photographed so the owner's name and the last four digits show while the middle eight digits stay covered.
Promotions that reach you through outside channels prove nothing on their own. Section 1.15 of the bonus policy says a sender name, email address or SMS sender ID does not by itself show that Clover issued an offer.
Up to three cards can sit on one account, according to the Clover FAQ. The same FAQ asks you to allow 3 working days for staff to review uploaded documents. Upload all three on the day you register, because that review is the longest fixed wait before the first cashout.
Sign-Up to Cashout Timeline at Clover Casino
At least four days separate a withdrawal request from money in the bank for a verified Clover player, and up to ten when a weekend meets the slower wording in the terms. The table puts each stage next to the clock Clover's own pages give it:
| Stage | What happens at this stage, according to Clover's pages | Clock |
|---|---|---|
| Register and deposit | You create a username and password, then deposit at least £10 by card, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard or Pay by Mobile | No time stated |
| Upload documents | Photo ID, proof of address and card photos go to the verification team through the website | Allow 3 working days |
| Request a withdrawal | The request enters pending status, and the FAQ says this period starts once the account is verified | 72 hours |
| Documents rejected | The banking policy sends any pending withdrawal back to your balance instead of paying it out | Within 48 hours |
| Payment processed | The terms say pending withdrawals are processed once every ID document has been verified | Within 24 hours |
| Money reaches the bank | The FAQ quotes 1-3 working days after the pending period, while the terms quote 1-5 working days | 1-5 working days |
A verified player who requests a cashout on Monday morning leaves pending status on Thursday morning. At the FAQ pace, the money lands between Friday and the following Tuesday. Under the terms, the latest date moves to the next Thursday.
New accounts stretch that. Register and upload documents on a Monday, wait the full three working days for approval, request the withdrawal on Thursday, and the 72-hour pending period ends on Sunday. Five working days at the bank then lead to the second Friday, 11 days after sign-up.
The FAQ and the terms never reconcile their bank times, so we plan around the slower one. Those clocks only run for methods that can receive money, and Pay by Mobile cannot.
Clover Casino Withdrawal Methods, Fees and Limits
Registered cards are the only withdrawal route the Clover banking policy names: "Withdrawals can be paid to any of the cards you have registered on your account." PayPal, Skrill and Neteller appear in the deposit list. Neither the terms nor the FAQ describe withdrawals to them, so ask support in writing before you fund an account through a wallet. Pay by Mobile costs £2.50 per deposit and cannot take a withdrawal at all.
No withdrawal fee and no minimum withdrawal appear in the Clover terms or FAQ as of 5 November 2026. Gambling.com's Clover page lists a £10 minimum and a £2.50 charge per withdrawal. The terms promise "the unrestricted and legal right to withdraw your full Real Money balance in a single transaction". Screenshot any fee the cashier shows, then raise it with support and quote that exact line from the Clover banking policy.
Bonus winnings meet a separate ceiling at the cash-out stage. Section 1.11 caps them at the total you have ever deposited, with £250 as the hard limit, however large the bonus balance has grown. Whether the cash part actually arrives is the question most recent Clover reviews on Trustpilot raise.
Clover Payout Complaints on Trustpilot
Withdrawals are the main complaint in recent Clover Casino reviews on Trustpilot, where the score stood at 1.5 out of 5 on 5 November 2026. That figure rests on 147 reviews, of which 86% carry one star, with 51 posted in the past year. Clover has left the negative ones without a reply.
Our read of the ten newest, dated 26 July to 15 October 2026, found one star on every one. A review from 6 October reports a closed joint account with more than £1,000 in winnings withheld, and two others say verified accounts still went unpaid.
Two of those ten mention a $300 cash-out threshold and a 30-day payout promise. Neither matches Clover's pound-based terms, so some reviews may concern another product with a similar name. Following our editorial policy, we counted only reviews we opened ourselves. Two reviewers in that set also say their emails went unanswered or that support did not fix the withdrawal, which makes the support hours worth knowing.
Clover Casino Live Chat Hours and Contact Options
9am-4pm on weekdays are the live chat hours in the Clover FAQ, and the FAQ lists no phone number. Email goes to [email protected]. Jumpman promises email replies within 2 business days, while Gambling.com quotes 24 hours, and we take the operator's own figure.
A withdrawal requested on Friday evening therefore cannot be chased in chat until Monday morning. Requests to raise a deposit limit go to a separate address, [email protected].
We are not Clover's help desk. This site cannot see your account, so questions about this page, not about your balance, go through our Contact Us page. An account you simply stop using is a different matter, because Clover's terms start charging for it after a year.
What Happens to an Inactive or Closed Clover Account
A £5.00 administration fee every 30 days is what an "Inactive Account" costs at Clover, a status the terms apply after 365 days without a login and a prior notice from Jumpman. A £50 balance would be gone in about ten months.
Closing the account is the cleaner exit. Closure takes effect 72 hours after customer support confirms it, and logging in during that window means confirming the request again. The terms state plainly that closure "is NOT a responsible gaming tool and is NOT a self-exclusion".
