Product good but Ultimate Red is promoted as a hard paint but within 500 miles the bonnet has 'chipped' paintwork.

Lighting & wiper & cruise control stalks are hidden by steering wheel & need to be longer.

When driving seat is at its highest there is very little room for me to get into my seat. Not good design although the car itself is good.

Terrible mpg
Sorry to hear about your concerns over the actual achieved MPG. But thank you for sending feedback as this enables us to try and help and offer assistance. We have tried to contact you and will try again later. As a dealer we must supply government official tested figures which the manufacturer must also print in any publications relating to the vehicle and for your vehicle these are: Urban @ 47.9mpg, Extra Urban @ 65.7mpg & Combined @ 57.6mpg. I am sorry to hear you are not currently achieving these figures but there could be a few factors contributing towards this. Most brand new vehicles regardless of make & model do take some time / miles to achieve any stated figures and also an individuals type of driving ie: low speeds / around town / stop starting ect can also have an effect on official government performance figures which must be supplied by law. Hope to have the opportunity to discuss and offer assistance.

well pleased with the car up to now.small set back had to top up ad blue 3 weeks after purchase. But this is straight forward.

Brilliant little car. We previously had a roadster and enjoy open top driving. This model does not disappoint. I'm not into modern technology but the display is intuitive. I particularly like the reverse camera. Even with only 1200 miles on the clock i'm getting 49.94 mpg. *It will only get better.

Disappointed with the amount of scratches,scrapes scuffs and dint in the passenger door , that cannot be seen when viewing vehicle by pictures on the laptop. If I had viewed the vehicle on your forecourts I would not have bought it. The model I bought is the most basic of the vw up and I wish I had waited for the next spec up. For the first month I didn't like it...I love the vw. Up but mine seems shabby compared to others of same age..

The car came with a 6 month no quibble warranty, was serviced, MOT'd, valeted and had 1/2 a tanknof fuel as standard included in the advertised price. This was unexpected as other dealers charge you an 'on the road' fee for these things

Purchased a car which developed a fault after 4 days. The garage did not know what was wrong & had to ring Peugeot twice. I had to keep chasing them to arrange the repair as they never rang me back. Once the repair was finally done, there was no one around to explain fully what they had actually done. Very poor.
Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken personally with our Service Manager on this matter and we sincerely apologise if you were unhappy with the service you received from Glews. We always endeavour to provide an excellent customer experience and in this case we believed we had done everything in our power to do this.

Your vehicle had a hissing noise from passenger foot well when braking. We suspected it was brake servo at fault and we contacted Peugeot for confirmation and they gave us a series of checks to complete. Our Service Manager said he personally kept in contact with you throughout the process and we gave you a courtesy car until the vehicle was diagnosed. Once confirmed we replaced the faulty part and again provided you with courtesy vehicle while in for repair.

Our Service Manager wasn’t present when you collected the vehicle, so he was unaware that you were dissatisfied. We can only apologise if you felt you were not kept informed or that we held any information from you.

Product : Whilst clearly not a Mercedes or Jaguar, it is the next best car, has all the safety features and "toys", is exceptionally economical, spacious, easy to drive, and has the ride and feel of a luxury car, if you want to pay a premium for the badge please feel free, if not then the Peugeot 508 is the car for you.

Product : Not had chance to try the vehicle yet as it was stolen 4 days after purchase. In my opinion Facebook posts advertising the fact that Mr Sweeting has just taken delivery of a new vehicle probably didn't help.

Pleased with service and after service so far. However was disappointed with the internal clean the car received before handover to us. The vehicle on the outside was excellent but in the inside we started to discover a few "dirty" areas when opening compartments and inbetween the seats etc, we had to give the car a really good clean. I appreciate the car was second hand but would have accepted a better inside clean.

Product : Although not used much yet, it appears to run nicely and better features and style than previous 107 model. A large number of options. Not yet had chance to try smaller engine on Motorways or hills or with full load. Lack of area on top of dashboard to store anything, or shelf on drivers side. Mirror Link information from Peugeot is poor, but bluetooth facility good.

Service rating : In all my dealings with Glews Garage I have always been impressed with the friendly and professional staff and the fantastic service they give at all times.
Product : For a small car the 107 ticks all the boxes. Fuel economy seems good, although as yet I have not used the car enough for a full evaluation. The small luggage space is taking a bit of getting used to, but that is what I expected when deciding to go for a smaller vehicle. Overall though I am happy with my latest vehicle.
